I thought I'd start by giving you an update of sorts. As many of you already know, earlier this year I was diagnosed with endometrial cancer. I am now recovering at home from a full hysterectomy, and can report that the pathology results show that my cancer was Stage 1A, contained. My medical team will be monitoring me going forward, but I likely won't need any more treatment for this.

I spent much of my recovery time curating our new show at the Metchosin ArtPod Gallery. Below is a little peek of my work that was juried into the show.

I also recently sat down with my friend Sheila Thomas, of Sheels on Wheels, for a radio interview. The interview is in 2 parts, and if you'd like to have a listen, you can use the links below. In it we discuss everything from cold plunges and my cancer diagnosis to my favourite swearword.

Part 1

Part 2

Finding out I was cancer free was a big deal!

As always, thanks for being here!
